Reminet OÜ was born in 1999 with the aim of providing innovative information technology-based solutions in estonia in the field of real estate maintenance. We saw that one of the pillars of the success of any organization is the ability to hold and manage your assets.
Reminet's team actively communicates with real estate maintenance experts in Estonia and around the world and has been a member of several international project teams.
Our firm conviction is that the future in real estate development and maintenance belongs to service-based solutionsbuilt on rapidly developing technologies. Our goal is to ensure an effective, transparent and measurable solution of physical assets based on costs. This creates transparency for the undertaking, thereby mititating risks and giving it a competitive advantage.

We are the longest-established provider of physical asset consultation and technology solutions in Estonia. Our clients are the leading companies and organizations in Estonia. Our longest client relationship is with the University of Tartu - since 2000. We belong to the Estonian Association of Real Estate Management and are a founding member of the Digital Construction Cluster.

Reminet is a representative of ARCHIBUS software in the Baltics and Scandinavia. ARCHIBUS is the world's leading IT solution for managing physical assets, which is consistently being developed by their international team. We offer it in Estonian and English. It is also integrated with the Estonian Real Estate Maintenance Standard EVS 807:2016.

Kaia has more than 20 years of experience in real estate. He has sat on half the table of both the customer and the service provider, and therefore he has a thorough knowledge of the field. Kaia has experience in projects in both large and smaller companies, property owners, service providers and local governments. He has a master's degree in business administration from Estonian Business School and is a valued trainer.
